Knowing My Accomplishments
We all have accomplishments -- things we're good at
and know how to do. We bet there are a ton of things you can already
do. You've probably learned all kinds of stuff from friends and family or
others. Maybe you haven't even thought much about it. Or maybe you have. But
knowing what you do well can help identify things that you've already accomplished.
What exactly is an accomplishment?
An accomplishment is basically a goal that you have met. It can
be as simple as not being late to school for a whole week or making
sure you brush your teeth every day. Accomplishments can also
be more complicated, like reaching a really important goal that
you set for yourself, such as applying for college or passing
your driver's education test.
The bottom line is that anything can be an accomplishment. So
think about all of your accomplishements and give yourself a pat on the back!
