Resolving Emotional Problems

Everyone has problems once in a while. Figuring out who you can talk to about your problems, who will listen, and who will support you is the key. If you are worried about anything, be sure to talk with someone about it, someone you trust to assist you if you need help. There is always an answer to any problem – sometimes you just have to ask for help.
