Many of us want to get involved in our communities, in activities at school, in our neighborhoods, or wherever. But thinking about all of the steps involved can be challenging. Have we got some help for you!
We’re going to give you some steps to help you think of ideas, information, and solutions for connecting to an activity, leadership opportunity, volunteer activity, or community service project. Before you can get involved, you’ve gotta have a plan. Think about issues and steps involved in making the connection to opportunities that will be a lifelong benefit to you (and your community).

- Do Something: Young People Changing Our World (Do Something) Do Something provides "challenges" in 3 areas: community building, health, and the environment. These 2-week programs, which can be after-school activities or in-school class projects, help kids develop life skills and give them the chance to lead.
