Changing My Info

Need help with changing your info on the site? We've listed several questions and answered them here in the event you need help. If you still need help after reading them, please Contact Us.

What if my e-mail address changes?

It's very important that we know your current, working e-mail address. We use your e-mail address to communicate important things to you, like your temporary password if you forget your Youthhood password. If we don't have your correct e-mail address, we won't be able to help you out!

To let us know that your e-mail address changed:

  1. Log in to the site
  2. Select the "Edit Profile" link in the top right part of your screen
  3. Select "E-mail Address " in the left menu
  4. Follow the instructions there

How can I change my password?

You should change your password if you find it difficult to memorize or if you suspect someone else knows it.

To change your Youthhood password:

  1. Log in to the site
  2. Select the "Edit Profile" link in the top right part of your screen
  3. Select "Password" in the left menu
  4. Follow the instructions there

How can I change my secret question and answer?

You should change your secret question and answer if you find them difficult to memorize or if you suspect someone else knows them.

To change your Youthhood secret question and answer:

  1. Log in to the site
  2. Select the "Edit Profile" link in the top right part of your screen
  3. Select "Secret Question " in the left menu
  4. Follow the instructions there
