Understanding Job Training

Job training includes all kinds of things, like:

  • Figuring out what you are interested in
  • Looking into jobs and what’s required to do that job
  • Learning how to apply for a job
  • Learning how to interview for a job
  • Training on the job about how to do the job

Job training also means getting work experience in a job that you may like right now or something to help you to gain skills and experience that you’ll be able to use in the future.
