Figuring Out Who I Am

When you're trying to figure out who you are, what you think about life, and what's important to you, it's hard to know where to start. There are a million things you could think about or try to do.

Getting to know who you are, your personality traits, values, and skills can take time. But knowing these things about yourself can help you to feel more confident, and it can help you figure out what you have to offer others—like employers, volunteer organizations, friends, your family, and your neighborhood.

At The Youthhood, we figured we would help learn about yourself by providing some activities to get you started.
