Disclaimer for Family History Activities

Prior to having youth complete these two activities in The Apartment, Family History and Picture Book, please check with your school district to see if they have policies that prohibit access to or inquiring about family history as part of the school curriculum. Even if you are using this activity as part of a summer program, make sure the activitiy is not in conflict with any district or community policies before you begin. Where necessary, obtain written permission from the family of each youth prior to having them complete this activity.
