Choosing Your Way

Anyone can choose to be a leader and everyone leads in their own personal way. Some people hang back and try to lead by providing a good example. Other people will be more up-front and tell people what they think needs to happen and then put together a plan to make it happen.

No matter what style feels best to you, you can choose to be a leader.
